Other Services that We Offer
Monthly Financial Reporting: Property managers provide monthly statements for your rental income and expenses. We handle all your accounting and payment requirements. Income checks and property statements are processed around the 15th of the month. Proceeds are mailed each month.
Monthly Operating Statements: Account history is stored online and/or on paper for three years. At the end of the year, we provide a complete package for your tax preparer. Periodically and upon request, we send information on the status of your home and local real estate market. We can also quickly search your records on request to find repeat renters or other necessary information.

Management Fees
Fees are based on customers’ needs. There is an initial setup fee and a base percentage of monthly rental income.
Rate Schedule: Our fees are a flat percentage of all rent collected. All management services are included in this fee.
